We at Hummingbird Hill Cabins want your stay to be  comfortable and relaxing. Therefore, we provide certain items for your convenience:

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

  • Food

RATES FOR CABINS 1, 2 AND 3 :

 

Aug. 25 thru Sept. 30, and Nov. 4 thru May 24 (excluding all major holidays)

 

Weekends $225/night for up to 4 people, plus $25 for each extra person.

Weeknights (Sun – Thurs) $175 for up to 4 people, plus $25 for each

person over 4

Dogs are $10/night additional

   

May 25 thru Aug. 24 (excluding all major holidays)

 

Weekends $250/night for up to 4 people, plus $25 for each extra person.

Weeknights (Sun – Thurs) $195 for up to 4 people, plus $25 for each

person over 4

Dogs are $10/night additional

  

Rates for October and all major holidays

 

Weekends $300/night for up to 6 people, plus $25 for each extra person.

Weeknights (Sun – Thurs) $195 for up to 4 people, plus $25 for each

person over 4

Dogs are $10/night additional

There is a three-day minimum for all holidays, no exceptions, and holidays are

charged at the weekend rate for all three nights.

Weekends, $210/night for 4 people, plus $20 for each extra person

Weeknights, $150/night for 2 people, plus $20 for each extra person

There is a three-day minimum for all holidays, no exceptions, and holidays

are charged at the weekend rate for all three nights.

All rates are plus 6.75% sales tax and 6.0% lodging tax
Policies    
 
Minimum stay-   There is a minimum stay of two nights on weekends and a minimum stay of three nights on holiday weekends.
    Some single night reservations December-May on weekdays only. There may be occasion of December and January weekend nights available for single night stay.
Deposit:   Security deposit of one half the total rental is required. If the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more before the first night, the security deposit will be refunded, minus a $50.00 fee. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the first night reserved, the security deposit will not be refunded.
     
Pets:   $10.00 per night per pet
     
Check-in Time:   3:00 p.m.
     
Check-out Time:   11:00 a.m.
     
    There will be NO REFUNDS OR DISCOUNTS due to any breakdown of appliances, hot tubs, heating/cooling systems, TVs, VCR/DVDs, fireplaces, satellite systems or other equipment.  We will make our best efforts to obtain repairs as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee how soon repairs will be made due to the limited number of repair technicians in our area.  Further, there will be NO REFUNDS OR DISCOUNTS due to power outages of 12 hours duration or less.

Hummingbird Hill is located in the Hocking Hills Region of Southeastern Ohio. Not far away are such natural areas as Old Man's Cave, Lake Logan, Lake Hope State Park, Zaleski State Forest and Wayne National Forest.  Far off the beaten path, the Hocking Hills are known for their hiking trails, backpacking areas and one of the last remaining secluded sections of Ohio. Your hosts at Hummingbird Hill  continue the stewardship of the wild areas in the region by maintaining their property with the natural world in mind.
